Chef and Pan

In 2008 some of the cooking school students and locals were chefs for the Wednesday evening special!

  Access their recipes below:

 

Chicken Cordon Blu

Carolyn Hargrove - Edom, TX

(For one serving)

- 1 Chicken breast (boneless) – small or large = 2 svgs

- ½ Slice Swiss cheese

- Cream cheese

- 1 Slice bacon

- ½ Slice ham

Canned mushrooms

-Butterfly small breast or split large breast

-Top with ham, then Swiss cheese

-Place ½” slices of cream cheese end to end in center.

-Roll spiral bacon and affix with small skewers or
 toothpicks

-Bake 45-50 mins @ 350 degrees pouring mushrooms over top 15 Mins before baking is complete

(Serve with rice and green beans)
