Crock Pot Pulled Pork
INGREDIENTS 3 pound pork butt or pork roast 2 tablespoons grill seasoning 1/2 onion, grated 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup tomato paste 2 tablespoons brown mustard 2 tablespoons chipotles in adobo, chopped 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke
DIRECTIONS Rub your favorite grill seasoning into the meat and place in the crock pot. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients and stir together. Pour the mixture around the meat in the crock pot. Let cook on low for approximately 4 to 6 hours or until the meat is tender enough to shred with two forks.
