Jackson York, CEC, Executive Chef of the Edom Bakery & Grill, and Director of the East Texas Chapter, TCA was awarded the 2010 Chef of the Year at 2010 Texas Chefs Convention held in Beaumont, Texas on Saturday, July 17, 2010. Chef York was presented with a medal and the Chef of the Year Trophy at the President's Ball in front of an audience of 150 Chefs & spouses. York is the first East Texas Chef to win this award. Congratulations Jackson!
