EDOM BAKERY'S SOUTHWEST CHICKEN WRAP
 

Ingredients

12-inch tortilla wrap (tomato basil flavor preferred) 
Chipotle-flavored mayonnaise (or see directions below)
Shredded lettuce
3 ounces sliced, smoked turkey breast
1/4 avocado
2 slices of tomatoes
Mixture of grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Soften the tortilla in a saute pan for about one minute until pliable. Remove and place on counter. Then, spread the Chipotle mayonnaise (the more you add, the spicier it will be). Layer with lettuce, turkey, avocado and tomato slices and add cheese. Roll the sides of the tortilla from the bottom to the top (like a burrito) and cut in half on a bias. Serve on a plate with chips. 

Note: To make Chipotle mayonnaise, mix together one cup mayonnaise, two Chipotles in adobe sauce, one tablespoon adobe sauce, two tablespoons garlic puree, juice from one lime and salt.
