Chef and Pan

In 2008 some of the cooking school students and locals were chefs for the Wednesday evening special!

  Access their recipes below:

 

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Gayle Cyr – Chandler, TX

 

- Cut tenderloin ¼” deep

  Stuff w minced onion & pickled jalapenos

- Wrap tenderloin in honey flavored bacon, holding
  together with toothpicks

- Marinate in Lowry’s Herb & Garlic Marinade with ½
  bottle of Lea Perrins (overnight if possible)

- Grill for 45 mins. Watching constantly because bacon
  will burn

- Wrap in foil, sit on grill (low) for another 45 mins
  or so
